Like my colleague mentioned to me earlier: "2014, the year of the Six-Pack".
Hell yeah, this is definitely the year of the six pack for me. A six pack of Castle a day keeps the doctor away. And that there kids, is my health tip

On a serious note though, I went to the doctor last year for heart palpitations. I went for an ECG and a heart scan before of my family history with strokes and heart attacks.
My doctor advised me to stop smoking, which is kinda obvious because smoking is probably the worst thing you can do to yourself. So this year I'm planning to get back into my mountain biking routine and quitting smoking. I've already made a habit of drinking lots of water every day. It takes some getting used to, but once you get used to it, it's not all that bad.
