Well now i know what i will be making tonight for dinner,is it simple to make or do you need a recipe.

I rarely cook dinner.

Found a recipe:
This saucy pork dish is company fare when served with buttered egg noodles and a medley of steamed asparagus, lima beans and peas.
Ingredients

1/3 cup (75 mL) all purpose flour
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
1 lb (454 g) pork, turkey or chicken cutlets or scaloppine
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
3 cups (750 mL) sliced white mushrooms or cremini mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/3 cups (325 mL) chicken stock
1/3 cup (75 mL) light sour cream
1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) minced fresh parsley

Preparation

In shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper; press pork into flour mixture and turn to coat. Reserve remaining flour mixture.

In skillet, melt butter over meduim-high heat; fry pork, in batches and turning once, until just a hint of pink remains inside, about 6 minutes (or until no longer pink for chicken and turkey). Transfer to plate; keep warm.

In the same skillet, fry mushrooms and garlic until no liquid remains, about 5 minutes. Add reserved flour mixture; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in stock and bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream and soy cause; pour over pork. Sprinkle with parsley.

Saving this for Saturday, don't have the ingredients at home.

You can buy a ready-crumbed schnitzel at Woolworths, that just needs to be chucked into a pan with some oil... Delicious in about 5 minutes....

Oh gawd, you all need help :P Its an easy thing to make :P I don't even need a recipe - make a white sauce, add cheese and some mushies.

For the crumbs, I dry out the left over bits of bread in the oven, blitz it in the kenwood to make crumbs, add some mixed herbs, steak and tjops salt, garlic salt.

Beat 1 egg, dip chosen meat into egg then into crumbs and then fry in a pan :P

I could make that:D... I love cooking:eek:

LOL Dee - I make an icecream tub full of crumbs at a time. Its great to use on chicken pieces. Dip in egg, add crumbs, bake in oven at 180 for about an hour - better than kfc!
