It says Civ 5 but it has the Civ 4 box art (IV). If it really is Civ 5 then it's a bargain!

Oh and I don't know how much say you have at Kalahari but wow it's frustrating dealing with your e-mail support. It takes days to get replies and they always say sorry for taking so long. Maybe you guys should hire more support staff if there's so many queries to answer?

U guys r wasting everyones time by taking so long to reply to email queries. I had to phone the helpline to get a quick answer. By the time the email is replied to the answer is of no use to anyone.

A friend of mine overseas had the same issue when emailing customer support.
 
I see Skyrim is available for R325 (normal price apparently R400)... Any idea how long this price will stay like that? I'm getting a bunch of eBucks in the beginning of next month and would like to buy it with that.

It should be that price for the foreseeable future.
 
I was kind of hoping that Ramone would read through the posts here and reply to some of them instead of just posting about sales. I guess it's not his job.

I'm still just a bit pissed off that Kalahari never replied to my query when I contacted them through my website. It's now almost three weeks ago. With Zaps they reply on the same day most of the time and Takealot is also quick. Kalahari though offers rewards that the other two sites don't. I just really wish they had better support. I can only imagine something going wrong with an order and then having to deal with them.

So please Ramone, let Kalahari know. And if possible, can't you be a Kalahari representative that helps out instead of just posting sales?
 
So I was going to buy L.A. Noire today and the price just suddenly shot up to R380? What happened to the specials?

I think the stock is finished for L.A Noire, and it's only available from 3rd party stores at that price (R380). Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Heres something VERY fishy with kalaharis latest sale

I bought LA Noire for R200 then it shot up to R380 I see now its R370.95, but what upsets me is the kalahari rep said the sale was on their "in stock" items which means its 24hr delivery.....now if you search LA Noire its still sitting on 24hr delivery which means THEY STILL HAVE STOCK

Obviously they saw a massive demand and decided to revert to the 380 price

I got mine for R189.95 well I had a R10 credit with them....LOL
 
If I have the Momentum Multiply benefit and thus get discounts on DVD's and CD's, does the discount extend to PS3 games as well?
 
Don't bother, you will not get any kind of support response in this thread. You are better off just phoning them...
 
Damn it. Does Kalahari ever respond to queries asked by contacting them on their website? I've got one on the 11th of November that was never answered and now another one from last week Thursday. :(

I don't know where else to vent about it. It's not like the rep here will even read this post.
