I actually missed the whole early expansion rush...couldn't be bothered...Only character I used my was Hunter with his Mining/Eng

I stuck to reselling blues/epics, pets and rare recipes

I never bought anything from AH, abused guildies for their professions (everything from belt buckles, flasks to gems and various profession pets)...at one point I farmed 10 Pristine Hides worth of mats got a guildie to convert into armor kits and sold them off at 1k each

Sniped a couple items off neutral AH and made 300% profit on those...such a potential gold mine there

I know the feeling. Geared up as far as I can with crafted/HC/Rep gear. Now I'm itching to raid but can't find a nice raid guild, they're all either too hardcore (like 4+ raid nights a week) or are active at crazy hours (damn foreigners :P).

Oh well the search goes on... btw if anyone knows of or is wanting to start up a semi-hardcore raiding guild on Karazhan (horde) let me know.

My main's a lock but I got a priest I'm lvling up (84) for healing as well.

Agreed, I did the whole 4+ nights a week of raiding over 2 expansions and couldn't cope...

I have been wanting to faction change to an orc (elitist in me knows that orcs are the best dps :rolleyes:)

Let me know if you do get more interested players knobshine :) I might have an amazing tank who'll tag along
 
I wish I could offer you spots in our guild, we are very casual, raid one night every 2 weeks and go play with the trash in Bastion Twillight every weekend (we have managed about 8 epic drops from clearing the trash before the 1st boss). We have only recently cleared the last HC- Grim Batol, struggled there for a while till the dps was good enough. But we take things easy, and for someone like me who has an alt of every class there is (except rogue and warriors) its perfect. Its why we still love the game, but we mainly have married ppl playing and due to duties towards families and the kids, we all play different hours and times and only every 2 weeks really go mad :D
 
To be perfectly honest, I don't see myself playing past GW2 release, I might even stop playing beforehand, who knows. Maybe I'm just suffering from MMO burnout or maybe WoW just isn't that WOW anymore?

It's the same with me. I decided to put my mage and all his PvEness on the shelf and rolled a rogue for some PvP fun :p

I've never really done much PvPing, but I find it a lot of fun now that I don't have to be online at 7:00PM to raid at 7:15 for 4 freakin hours while some guild officer has a nerd rage etc etc...tired of that. I want to enjoy the game.

Same, my feral druid has 6 PVE epics, but hasn't raided at all or even done all the Hc's. she only does PVP now. My resilience is on 3200 and 2v2 arena rating is a round 1200. I'm rather enjoying it and as you say - you're not tied down with schedules.

I'm busy rolling a DK now (I know, woe is me) and I won't be bothering with PVP on him either...then again after hitting lvl 60 I've done nothing but fly around to get my gathering skills up to TBC lvls. Such a drag :/
 
I'm about as casual as you can get. I have only done Halls of Origination, Lost City of the Tol'vir and half of Grim Batol on normal. The rest of the time I'm doing dailies for rep, gold and some skill ups, or gathering herbs to sell on the AH. Luckily the guild I'm in is very casual, which is why I joined them in the first place.
 
I can quite honestly say as a Vereran wow player (been playing since Vanilla on US before EU realms were up). Cataclysm is the most exciting expansion PVE wise, content is finally challenging and gear is not handed to you freely and easily. I find this expansion far more rewarding and has some of the most interesting raid content to date. I can't wait to see what comes with the next major content patch. I've been playing a Prot Warrior for almost 6 years now and loving it more than ever.

We were able to down Council last night and Cho'gall is in our sights!
