If you use RouteSentry, purely for ease of access, GameZone files can be downloaded via local. I mention RouteSentry because the GameZone site itself is international, but the downloads are mirrored in ZA.
Lord of the Rings Online: Shadow of Angmar books and patches are available as well as Mines of Moria patches/books. Well, most of them. It seems to have been a while since GZ uploaded more books/patches and the first part of the Mines of Moria patch for Shadow of Angmar is missing
They also have World of Warcraft patches and, well, really GZ is just a nice place to find any game patches, even for offline games. Especially large ones that are a bit more costly to download internationally. I guess browse and see?
Just by the way, downloads from GZ come in the form of a mini self-contained downloader which downloads the actual file.
