Party time! Excellent!
So Mad Max is set to release locally on the 4th of September and I am SUPER amped!

So far it seems only Raru has it available for pre-order. I'm waiting for CNA to wake up and smell the awesomeness so I can cash in those ThankU points :D

Now I know a lot of people are on the "BOO Warner Bros" train but I don't care in this case. WB is only publishing and Avalanche Studios have been working on this for 3 and a half years.... how buggy can it still be? *touches all the wood*

I'm adding a poll to this just for interest sake to see what platform people are leaning towards. So far I'm forking out the extra R200 for the PS4 version.

WB + PC = Don't Pre-order!

yeah well.... the argument I'm having with myself is that my PC will most probably not be able to run it at high spec, so PS4 makes more sense

Plus I think the PC version will most probably be a port

Im really keen on this one! Looks like there is going to be a hell of a lot you can do...

I seriously enjoyed the movie! The amount of action was EPIC!

Yeah tons! it's going to be my new Black Flag :D

The movie tripled my excitement for the game!

3 years of bug creation, reckon it could be a massive buggy mess. Only kidding, I do hope its cool, but not a chance I will get this on release.

I made the wise decision to not get it for PC :D :p

Ah yeah that should make a huge difference. Sad, but it's a point that doesn't get raised in regards to PC vs Console (Keep in mind i don't play much console anymore), quality control is something consoles have that PCs don't really. Have a friend who use to work for Sega, the hoops they needed to jump through to get a release on console.... MS and Sony test to confirm you not releasing a buggy mess. Which in the end generally means most releases on console are pretty smooth.

yeah I think sloppy ports are a big culprit here

Yeah, if I decide to do it, it would be on PS4.

yup. I think it'll play better with a controller as well

"Pre-order now and get THE RIPPER" - does this not pose an issue in game, getting a car of this "status" when a lot of the game is based around you building your bad ass car?
