Mass Effect 3 Thread

Ok, so I was never really keen on the multiplayer part although I did kinda like the idea that the MP game influences the SP campaign.
So I had a quick go at the MP part of the game... It's not bad. I actually like this... and I'm not really into multiplayer games that much (or at all really).
Back to the main story...

P.S. Still hate Origin... ethe in-game browser doesn't even support multiple tabs... reminds me of the days of IE4

I've made it my prerogative to know where my courier depots are so that if they don't pitch on a Friday, I hunt them down :p
 
Thank god SpeedServices delivered mine. I live in Cape Town, though, so strikes rarely affect us. I'm guessing the people who got shafted by the strikes live in other parts of the country?

Speed Services? What is with people and Speed Services?

There are so many better courier companies out there that don't have government shares in them :p

Yeah, but I always choose Post Office delivery, because then I'm assured of getting the stuff early. Picked my game up at 9AM already. Had I had it couriered, it might only have arrived a hour or two ago.

Dead Island was the last game I had delivered via courier. It sucks when everyone is playing the whole day long and your game only arrives at 4PM.

I've got no one to receive it on my behalf and I'm at University the whole day. So if there is a courier company that can deliver to my class I'll be more than willing to support them instead.

Yeah, that's another big issue for me. You don't always know where you're going to be when they decide to deliver, and sometimes they call and the only times available for delivery does not suit you, then you're screwed.

Well if they can deliver to peoples work receptions then it might just work if I tell them to deliver at my place of "business" on the University's grass banks.:) Okay added a grass bank is a "grasperk" in Afrikaans and for the life of me I can't think of the English word.

Is it me or are the loading times amazing? Not once have a I had the opportunity to finish reading the hints displayed on the loadscreen. Most loads are done in under 5 seconds. Pretty amazing, even considering I'm playing it with the graphics at max.

ME2's loading screens took forever. While playing it last week I could go for a bathroom break or make a cup of coffee every time a loading screen came up.

I noticed that too... it is a huge step up from ME2 which took ages between sections even on my pc, which was kinda top-of-the-range not too long ago.
Any I like the new additions to the combat... jumping out of the way, the new melee attack, etc. Still getting used to the power upgrade system.
 
OMG yes awesome start to a game.

can I get anyones level 30 female character infiltrator mine just refuse to import my one I have had from mass effect 1

There is a site called MassEffectSaves or something like that. Google it. It has all the different save games variations you can think of. Haven't used them myself as I preferred to build my characters myself via the story, but I've browser through it a couple of times.
 
Busy Installing to my Hard drive to negate any long loading times. DLC actually finished downloading before Both disks finished installing. I love my fast internet.

I'm a little drunk, so excuse me. The game is a helluva lot more fun now, though. Pity there's only two beers left. :O

Also, Jack is suddenly hot. Can't decide between a straight relationship with her or ghey with Kaiden-boy.
