I agree, but I think it depends largely on which MK game you are talking about. If you are referring to any of the good ones (MKII, MKIII and MK9), then yes they are exceptionally well balanced. Some of the others, I can't comment on, and the ones with larger rosters did struggle with balance.

Look i was referring primarily to 9... I though the game was exceptionally well balanced... Which must have been difficult because there are a lot of characters... I hope they don't go to overboard with new characters in the new game though...
 
That looks great can't wait hey though im not a big fan of fighting games, trailer was quite convinving, ;)

I jizzed in my pants!!! This game looks AMAZING. Obviously this is only FMV for now, but Ed Boon said we'll see actual gameplay at E3 next week as well as gameplay for Injustice 2!!!
 
I don't know about that new character with the kid on the back seems to anime for mk :(

Rather that than some lame character such as Freddy Kruger. I think it's a nice twist and an interesting direction.

Edit: I'm not watching ANY E3 videos during the week. I want to wait till the weekend, sit on my couch and watch everything on my big-ass TV with some chocolates and woolies cranberry cooler :) I'm itching to watch the MKX gameplay video though.

This game will be the reason I buy a new gen console. I can't wait for it.

Hehe, I know. But for fighting games, I prefer the social interaction of sitting with my friends/brothers and kicking the crap out of them while they sit next to me in front of the T.V. For me, fighting games are the best reason to own a console. I own a PS3 and the only games I own on it consist of 4 fighting games, 3 console exclusives and a Batman game (which I won).

Luckily my PC is fancy enough to have plugs and stuff that alow me to connect it to a TV :p
