Please. My cheapo "gaming" mouse I bought for R350 has that.
Really? No Seriously, can any mouse with macros do a 1 button click 180 degree turn? Or is it err... special feature?

Is there seriously a huge difference between these mice and say a decent R350 lazer mouse?
Yes, you have to use a gaming mouse to notice the difference tho
A difference worth double the price? Currently using the original version of the now A4tech x7, A4tech have renamed and rebranded it.

I've tested and used a Gazillion Mice, no really that number exists and is not made up at all
I've found the following to be true
A) A mouse does not make you better at games
B) If used properly a R 79.50 mouse can perform just as well in certain cases as a mouse costing R 700.00 +
C) A gaming mouse is only ever as fast as the reflex response time of the person using it
That said though, gaming grade lazer mice do have a lot to offer, macros, multiple button support, 1ms response times, superior tracking and on the fly DPI switching to name just a few
Here's a free tip though, if you find a mouse that you love, not that you are fond of, but literally LOVE, make sure it can be found everywhere and is readily availble.
I normally opt for buying at least 3 of them in sets, so that my backup has a backup
