One thing I miss about the hardpad, is the cleaning of it. Rub it with soap, rinse off with water, dry with a cloth.

I've got two Extreme Pads (now called Xpads). My original one I'm using at work atm, I've had it since 2004 and it's still going strong.

Had to wash my Etreme pad yesterday. Open washing machine, throw in clothes, throw in Xpad, hang all to dry.

No freaken hell The roccat sense one I currently have is FAIL to clean, that's why I ordered the Roccat Taito now, seems alot better from what I have read.

I had to use a crappy cheap mouse pad while my xpad was being washed and I hated it. Gaming just didn't feel right.
