Specs? I run mine on the highest with my radeon HD 7950 & I5-2500K 4.6Ghz
No and NO.
Turn of everything to meduim.
Get cosntant FPS and you dont get blinded by shining BS and plants.
The more fps the better you are the the worse your game looks the better you spot the hadjies trying to shoot you![]()
My monitor can only do 60fps anyway. So even with everything on FULL it stays at 60, no matter what happens on screen. Was just wondering if the AA stuffs actually made any other differences? Smoother texures? Better dynamic lighting etc?
There is literally no visable diffrence between AAX4, AAX8, AAX16. They just eat up your FPS![]()
Ok What Cranky said, you spot peeps much easier on low gfx when you play so, I play all my SP on high and maybe on MP for a day or so to look at the pretty gfx and then they are set to med or low for constant fps, In cod4 we played between 240 and 125 depending on where you want to jump over what![]()
Thanks. So I can just x16 everything anyway as my monitor wont go above 60fps anyways.
Will try and see if I can spot any diffs, but so far between TXAA and MSAAx4 with FXAA I could not really see any diff.
Put everything on max, and check your FPS. If its choppy lower the AA then test again. If your still not satisfied turn down MSAA and FXAA rinse and repeat, changing the GFX is all about trail and error![]()
But you have a pretty powerful PC so you should be good with everything max
Yeah tried everything, fps stays at 60 at all times. So no need to run the game 'ugly'
That can also be due to VSyncYeah tried everything, fps stays at 60 at all times. So no need to run the game 'ugly'
He has a 60HZ monitor so it wil lstay on 60.
The game is smoother the higehr your FPS regardless if your screen shows 60 fps. Your mouse stutters at 60 . I can feel it when i play.. Mine is set to 120FPS ( 60fps monitor ) and it works 100 %
