My Build for those who want to follow

Flex

Will lift for boobs!
So there seem to be lots of people interested in custom built pc's but don't know where to start or what to do when building their own pcs.
I will be building my new pc as i get the parts and keeping everyone here up to date.

I am building a rig with a mixture of new and second hand parts.
This will also be my very first custom water cooling loop. So stressing a bit about that. But hey... whats the worst that can happen :wtf: While I wait for my GPU to arrive I will be doing flexible tubing. But when GPU arrives I will do a hard tubing loop.

These are the components going into the rig

Case: NZXT Razer S340
Power Supply: Seasonic 750W Gold
Drives: 1 x 128gb ssd , 1 x 240gb ssd , 1 x 500gb hdd
GPU: GALAX GTX 1080 Hall of Fame
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170X Ultra Gaming
CPU: Intel 6700K
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600MHZ 2x8GB
Cooling:Custom water loop including 1 x 240 rad. EK-XRES 100 DDC MX 3.2 PWM (incl. pump). XSPC RayStorm CPU WaterBlock (Intel)
Fans: More than enough =D
Cables: Custom Braided Cables by Beyond Customs

I think that is all.

I started putting everything together last night. Will be using the stock cpu cooler while I get all the correct fitting and tubes for the water cooling. So bare with me while it looks messy. lighting will also be changed when everything is done.

Bought a whole loop that I am going to dismantle for parts that I will need with my new Res, pump and cpu block

I always like to start with the cabling first. So here is the case, psu and cables ready to go.

All I see is baby monitor :D

I'll have to relook at my cabling when I install my new cpu, mobo, ram and cooler. Most items will only arrive next week though. I've struggled in the past to get my cabling neat, perhaps some custom cabling will also help with that, who knows. The messiest part is usually the sata cables, because they are way longer than required.

Lovely!

You perhaps going to replace the stock CPU cooler with a water-cooled solution as well?

hehehe you skimmer! only looking at the pics and not reading the post =D

A decent PSU and Cable shroud makes the worlds difference

Okay, so this was a hectic weekend filed with ups and downs.
I started with my first custom loop. I will go into more detail HERE regarding the water loop.
But let's just say I washed the inside of my pc thoroughly with distilled water TWICE =D

But never the less. Here is the progress so far. Can't wait to see how it will look with the GPU as well as the Hard tubing.
Please excuse the kink. I do not have 90 degree fittings yet. It is however stable and will not collapse.

I always buy pre-made liquid cooling systems, one for CPU, GPU and such.

Can the custom setups be bought as a kit, or do you individually have to buy the parts and assemble yourself? Flex

Sorry, im not so clued up on this subject much.

Those are cooled AIO coolers (All in one) meaning it's a completed and sealed unit.
Yes you can buy the complete kits. Titan ice or land mark pc have kits

Cool thanks dude, now i regret buying a dedicated CPU-liquid cooler for mine earlier this week :/

Would of loved to have the complete thing rather.
