MyGaming Moan box

I don't know about you, but I come here to moan about all the moaning.

Bloody moaners

Damn Divinity: Dragon Commander Beta people!

It's fun, except for an annoying desync issue that happens after a while that needs to be fixed--essentially the co-op partner doesn't have the battle selection window pop up and thus can't proceed.

I'd prefer not being anything.

Too bad, you're likeable so HAH. Joke's on you! Mwuahahahahaha.

Sending mixed messages. But, thanks, I guess.

I really am just teasing (i.e. in the vein of the thread's theme). Not my intention to be mean, hurtful or anything like that.

I do like you, along with most members of MyG :)

I like most, but have 2 members in my bad books right now.

Hmm... I tend to get irritated with the content of posts more than I do with actual people (I like to believe that most people are actually nice deep down/in the real world and that the internet just brings out the idiot in them). Unless they're racists/homophobes/bigots, in which case I consider them scum and that's kind of the end of it.

They want to act powerful with their word usage, but, their up-close-and-personal persona may vary quite a bit.

I try to show my true colours here, as I do offline.

I tend to be guilty of being arrogant and condescending online. However, for the most part I think I try to be polite unless someone touches a nerve (such as topics of race/gender/sexuality/religion). Then I tend to lose my marbles a bit.

I don't harbour any resentments or grudges online--life's far too short to worry about some moron on the internet. Instead, spare a moment to pity those close to them and then do the smart thing and forget they exist.

I prefer a society where people are happy to keep their issues to themselves and have the decency to cock a smile, nod their heads and say, "Hi" to each other. Basically, to acknowledge that people around them exist and show a bit of an interest in a person's well-being (a simple "how do you do" would suffice.

More of that in the world, please.

The world you speak of is a world we'd all like to be a part of; a friendly, well-mannered and caring society. It's unfortunate that many do not live by these ways and continue to poison and infest our communities and societies with these behaviours regardless.

The only thing I can moan about is the recent one-liner articles about stupid stuff that noone cares about.

Like "John Travolta had his nipples removed; No more titty twisters!"

Please don't go search for that title, it was just an example.

Oh, don't forget about the more or less bi-weekly "<age> old kid shoots/stabs/bites/kills mother because of COD <newest release>/other game.".

Meh.
