MyGaming suggestion box

I like it! It can maybe have its own subforum to make it easier to look for the games to review. So then every time MyGaming reviews a game it can have a link to the rating page. Great idea MalicE!

yeah there can be a subforum under the PC Gaming section and one under the console gaming section, so you can keep the platforms appart
 
I want to make a suggestion... Regarding the news james posts in the off topic section.

Can't you guys create a sub section in the off topic section? One specifically for non gaming news etc. :)

Seems a bit redundant; it's already called off-topic so can't think of a better place for current affairs for now. If the section grows in future we can expand with new sections. For now it's good to have it active.

Hey James

It seems a lot of guys are complaining about the news threads popping up, would it be possible to move them to a sub-section where it's purely news related?? :)
 
You'll have to quantify "a lot". So far I'm seeing a few ringleaders complaining - that hardly translates to a forum revolt.

If the off-topic section was pumping topics so quickly that threads were getting lost, then it would be necessary to create a new section.

Right now we are in a trial run of doing this, and it has made the off-topic section more lively and sparked conversations.

Generating content to create a more lively forum = start complaining?
 
I would give my vote for a seperate section as well - Off Topic may well be off topic, but it just jars too much with the rest of the content in my view.

If it's interesting or strange or funny, then I have no real objection to it, but I don't relish seeing general daily news (which in SA seems to consist mostly of politics) on my favourite gaming forum. I already see all of that on News24.

Ah I see, well like I said I'm not complaining it just seems to be mostly the guys hanging out in Off-topic since we have a lot of activity going on in there :)

Agreed! I read news 24 daily and have to re-read everything on mybb again. And tbh I'm really sick of politics. I don't want that shit on this forum to.
