MyGaming wants to know: what is your favourite game of all time?

Favorite games of all time:

1. Final Fantasy 7 on PS2 back in the day.. played this game to the death and all possible quests completed! :love:
2. Diablo 2
3. Halo - the whole range from Halo 1 to Halo Wars etc.
4. Starcraft + Starcraft 2
5. Dota! :rolleyes:

Who is part of this universe? :)

Can't really remember the story much since I played it Eons ago but I recall enjoying it.

The game was panned for its OC, but acclaimed for its potential with regards to user created content, and what was, at the time, the only viable way to get as close to a pen and paper game as one can on the PC.

Have to agree with you there. Had a terrible campaign.
 
Little Big Planet (from way back - seriously awesome game it was), Red Dead Redemption, Fallout 3, most Elder Scroll games, and Mortal Kombat ( grew up on it)

If I had to choose one now, it would be RDR
 
Just because of the sheer number of years I played this for and the amount of times I kept returning to it... I'm going to have to say Diablo 2.

Had so many Diablo 2 LANs back in the day.
 
my fav game has to be F.E.A.R. - the first game i ever finished on more than one difficulty level, actually finished it on 3 levels
 
Quake 1

I received a new PC, all chuffed and protective over it and along comes my brother, wants to install something on my. The audacity of it!
But he persists, talking about true 3D, being able to look up and kill zombies....and I eventually give in...he installs Quake.

Needless to say, the following week I go to work all red eyed and tired, game gripped me like nothing before or after. I spent hours on ftp.cdrom.com downloading mods, maps, models, etc.

Later on I met a friend and we played loooooooooooooooooooooooong hours of multiplayer.

To this day I still have Quake 1 installed with a ton of mods and still play it regularly.

Most epic of games!
 
Uncharted 2. Great paced story. good gameplay. easy choice for me. think I've played the game start to finish the most out of all my SP games.

Then the Modern Warfare series for online cause I'm a FPS junkie.
 
My favourite game ever is Need For Speed: Most Wanted (the old Most wanted). Just hope Criterion's remake of this game will not be a total flop.

My favourite First person shooter is Battlefield 3.
 
My favourite game the Mass Effect Series now with Mass Effect 3 being my best. When you take control of Commander Shepard, you actually feel soo much apart of the story. Every decision you make bears consequences and you gain an understanding of the Hero that unveils the mystery of the saga. I really Love this game.
