Nintendo unveils SNES Classic gaming console

This is great for kids I think but I'd rather get retroarch or Openemu and do exactly the same thing for free except with wireless controllers. Or any controller for that matter.

For $80, with minimal setup required, and with some quite excellent emulation options included, I'll be quite happy to buy the SNES Mini for myself.

If you have a laptop or PC you already have an snes mini.
No need to spend R1000 on something thats been available for free since.....the year 2004/5?

Dude yeah I know.. I've been running emus for many years now, mostly Nintendo ones (currently big into CEMU). It's not the same as being able to plug it into a TV in a cute little box with HDMI out and high quality TV scaling options. I could get a Raspberry PI3 or something and a wireless controller and do most of that myself, or I could pay like $30 more and get the official option. I know it's just a toy but it's really cool.
