Yeah I had that with the same guy on Floodzone. I lost my cool cos I emptied an entire clip with hitmarkers. He turns around and shoots me and runs away with 100% HP.
Felt like a real noob there lol. I'm hoping that as i play more of it i'll start to learn the map better

Yeah shotguns are broken on the new maps i even gave up my spas last night after knifing someone and then shooting him 3 times for him to turn around and kill me with a pistol.
And since last night servers just disappear while playing anyone else get that? had it once with stunt last night and had it just now again

I am a fan of this
I got premium last night and downloaded second assault. I couldn't really find a server that supported the new maps.
Also, Battlelog now has a problem with IE as a browser (it says it's not supported?? lol) so I switched back to Chrome.
One thing I've learned now: some of these snipers are cheating/hacking. Playing as a sniper now, I'm not useless - but I find it extremely hard to hit someone on some maps. Yet, you have these prodigies that just LOOK in your direction and kill you. There's no flippen way that's legit.

Yeah that was strange, only happened once - According to the Q guys it was due to server changes that were made.

I've tried to play Recon a few times, want to unlock some stuff, but its not my play style and find it very hard. I must add, the traditional recon/sniper way of playing, as in staying way back. I've found some recon guys getting close and personal. Impressed with them.
Anyway, I need to be in the thick of things, I feel like a horse tied to the stable, just want to run off when I'm a ways off and trying to pick off someone.
Another thing, I dont remember which servers, but on some servers I see more ppl getting banned than others. Is that because the one server uses something that catches more hackers or do hackers simply like a specific server more?
Dont understand hackers, I feel a certain kind of satisfaction after a good round, knowing that I did that and that I'm improving my skills. Sad thing is, we'll never be rid of them, as soon as a dev closes on hole, they dig another, we'll just have to continue busting and reporting them, but thats not always easy.

Yeah lost my cool a bit today with some of the BS going on in BF4 i'm sitting in a room with one way in with a claymore planted and funny enough this guy goes through it 3 times and comes and kills me the first time ducknuckle goes through it he dies so wonder how that works
And ducky got called a hacker too at least i know he's legit but some of these guys can shoot through shit but you try it it just doesn't work. and i also think that the knife is kinda bugged atm too

Those bans that you're seeing are worldwide. Not necessarily on the server you're playing. Punkbuster will display it in game chat regardless of what server they were hacking on.
I've been playing a lot of recon lately to get a feel of the new SA maps. Caspian border is so much better with the Autumn feel. The fact that I can hide in the grass, or burn the grass and reveal or injure enemies is a great addition.
Apparently Metro and Oman suffer from crashes so they are not in many of the server rotations. From my playing last night I didn't crash once.
Also, a lot of people are claiming hacks when they pump a couple shottie rounds into someone and that person kills them. It's a bug on the new SA maps. It seems the shotgun damage model has been reduced once in game which is why guys can take 4 shots before they kill you.
Firestorm has a very gloomy feel to it which I quite enjoy. Feels more war-ridden and the land and air has definitely taken a beaten. Destroyed vehicles are scattered around the map for cover. The burners you can switch on in the center tower is also a bonus.
I am definitely liking the new maps and it feels good to be playing on a few of my favourite maps from BF3.

I'm so Gatvol of this game and dice fucking around with servers i wanna go burn down a small country. Ffs this is just getting too much, having a nice run 8 kill streak hammering the Azreal guys 4 of them in a row and i get this...........
