Yeah that's freaking annoying and then they get blown up by a chopper or plane and don't re-spawn till it's there again and do the same shit. if your too scared to be killed don't play the game
 
Last night....

Chopper droppers....

I almost hate them as much now as I hate snipers.... especially snipers that use DMRs like assault rifles....
 
Many updates for BF4 on Ps3 and the latest one yesterday was about 693mb. The issue is still there losing connection to the EA servers during conquest games. Tested on different lines that don't have issues so the fault is on the server end. Very annoying!!

Anybody in South Africa experiencing the same problem?
 
Managed to play a single round on the God Awful BMW servers.
The ap was pretty cool...but the game is still broken...so meh..
 
Yeah this game is so broken now it's maddening. every 5 steps my screen freezes for 3 sec and then moves again played 2 rounds like that and gave up will tray this again when they give feedback on the fixed brokenfield 4

Let me know if you hear of a solution, Ive had this intermittent lag every few seconds for quite a few weeks now.
 
I get the rubber banding as well, it feels like the game crashes as the screen freezes for about 2-3 seconds, and then it carries on normally. Quite a bit different to lag....

It's irritating, but not as irritating as snipers that camp in spots they had to chopper drop to get to... and DMRs....

Try turning hbao / ssao off. I know it sounds weird, but when I had my GTX580s, I would get funny lag spikes when running ambient occlusion of any sort.

Played one hell of a match now.

We were down to 1 ticket left but were holding both B and C points. People were screaming 'DONT SPAWN' in the chat so that we wouldn't waste that ticket. Best game I've ever played. We bled that out from 30 on the enemy side.

And we were on 80 when the enemy was on ~300 tickets. Working together and securing flanks was just beautiful. The amount of shouting and profanity for ammo, revs and enemy callouts was just insane. I'm all about TS3 (got a channel already) and love teamwork.
