Got my Raze exotic sword. What a long ass quest, not to mention pretty difficult!

Not a chance i'm paying $$ for emotes, the entire concept of paying for emotes is just so absurd . I got the collector's emotes and i don't feel it is anywhere near "throw your money at your screen" worthy. I've seen better emotes in WoW 10 years ago...for free.

well no one is making you, and the beauty of it is that it won't make you better, 'cept looking more fabulous :D

Personally I love the idea and as long as they keep it cosmetic you really can't bitch. I love Destiny and I will be picking up a few, will be nice to see what they offer.

Don't get me wrong, i don't mind them adding microtransactions like this, i've been known to splurge a little if it's game i am playing a lot. I would actually rather pay for ability to reset my bounties cooldown (so i can do more) or increase my XP gains (while leveling my classes) , but emotes...that really gets my goat that they monetized something that has always been free everywhere else.

Next up in Bungieland, making you pay to see your healthbar or your radar on your screen...watch.

meh... I'm completely fine with it.

This is how I believe micro-transactions should work. People should not have to pay to get one up on other players or the game. It should be aesthetic only and I believe this is the way it should be done in all or most games.

I just think it kills alot of social potential the game have. THESE are dance emotes to throw money at the screen at, bungie seriously need to step up their game, GuildWars beat them like years ago and it was free...(and i remember spending way too much time doing these things haha)


You're never going to see stuff like this while it is behind a pay-wall.
