Suarez & Sturridge have built an unreal partnership, they have a great understanding of each others game.

On paper it should be a cracker of a game.

I agree that it should be a great game. I'm not sold on Suarez yet, technically a brilliant footballer, but in the same mould as Mario Balotelli - you just need one incident that will make him go totally moggy again.

BTW - I see there is a rumor that Arsenal want Balotelli and will make a bid at the end of the season.

Yup he's been banned for like 30 games without receiving a red card, if he keeps out of trouble, this season will be his best

Yeah I am hoping that that partnership sustains them throughout the slog that is the Gunner's counter-attack.

i hate suarez as a person, but even as a die-hard United fan i cannot deny he is a superb footballer. fantastically skillfull! more than Balotelli i think.

speaking of whom, i reckon he will be brilliant signing for the gunners, assuming they can pull it off

I'm not sure Balotelli has the ability to deal with the harshness of the Premier League, he gets rattled to easily by the odd hard tackle.

say what ?

Either he meant make him another Hazard; or perhaps he meant that he will make him Mourinho in a meta sense. As in he would have him be as disruptive to the opposing players as Mourinho is to opposing managers..

i don't get Wenger. I recall reading somewhere that the board had approved the purchase of Julian Draxler, but that Wenger himself refused to cough up the cash. WTF is he saving his money for? you can see his economist nature coming through. its all well and good to be frugal and a penny pincher, but that wont win you any trophies. Not in the current football age.

AH wow only saw that i typed that now... meant to say "another Willian"

Dont know where that came from

cracking game today. from a United perspective, the best possible result would be a draw, in which Mertesacker makes a horrible tackle on Suarez, break his leg and ruling him out for the seasons, while Per gets a 10 match ban :D

hey, a guy can dream, can't he ?

Edit : Holy Fek, 19 minutes gone and pool are 4-0 ahead! What the actual eff?

Goals Goals Goals is the name of the game today. 24 goals in the premier league today! And now Chelsea sits atop the board. Blue is the colour indeed :D

Wow was I so wrong about the Arsenal vs Liverpool game. Never thought I would see the table topping team being thumped 5-1.
