give them until the end of the day to get it back or they are going to court :D

There must be some way of tracking it. From use supplier did you order?

tracking only works from overseas until customs recieve it here, once its in the hands of the sapo i cant use the tracking number anymore as its not the same tracking system used in SA

In that case the parcel should have received a cross referenced tracking number for when it enters the SAPO system.
Hopefully the sender has some kind of insurance on the goods it sends. If there is no insurance and they lose something they offer something like R100... Just like courier companies. At any rate, you should put in a claim ASAP.

This is why insurance was invented.

Throw your toys at the Post Office, or get the guys who sent it to you to sort it out.

I've also ordered a few things last month, finally got them at the beginning of this month, it took almost a month to arrive... 2 parcels from Hong Kong and one from the US.
I am still waiting for one from the UK, which the seller has resent and I still did not get, and now they are refunding me for it.

So, get in touch with the seller and ask them what they can do about it and possibly resend / refund. Lots of e-sellers do this and can be very accommodating, some of them even know about certain countries and their shitty customs / postal network.... Plus, they want to keep their business and have a good reputation as sellers.
