Titan-Ice f***ed up pretty bad, by sending my PC components to not just the wrong address but the wrong city all together. They sent the invoice to the shipping address (Cape Town) and the components to the invoice address (Port Elizabeth). Which is 700 Km away from it's intended destination.
Seriously that's just pure failure on their part.
Then I recive a email with the tracking information:
Your order has shipped with SA Post Office Speed Services (waybill TCXXXXXXXZA) consisting of 1 packages. Tracking can be done @
http://sms.postoffice.co.za/tracking/Parcel.aspx from 8:00am on the next business day (please use Internet Explorer). SA Post Office 24/7 Customer Helpline: 0860 023 133.
The destination Post Office is: Port Elizabeth, 6045
...Hold on
The destination Post Office is: Port Elizabeth? No I made tripple sure it was Cape Town.
Phoned them yesterday and they said They will have a courier pick it up from PE and deliver it to cape town - that was 12 am yesterday. It's still at the PE post office.
I will update this post if anything happens as of right now, I am really pissed that such an amateur mistake could be made.

EDIT
------
I relieved a email a few minutes ago:
Your order has shipped with The Courier Guy (waybill TCGxxxxxxx) consisting of 1 package(s)
My package should arrive by at Cape town by Friday. Glad they got it sorted, sadly it's going to be late for Valentines day now :/

EDIT 2
------
Got everything in good order, so I have to say
GOOD JOB! Titan-Ice! (despite being a rocky first start for me) everything else went smooth.
