On a side note. World of Warcraft defiantly made me a lazy thinker while I was heavily playing it. Took me about a year to get out of the - always wanting someone to tell me how to do something rather than working it out myself. It is not ADHD, but I guess if I spent ever increasing time in that thought zone I would potentially get mired in it for who knows how long...

With a advent of the interwebz we have so much access to information but it means to little to most of us. We browse through SO much per day, but how much do we really take in? If that is not brain conditioning then I do not know what is.
 
What I gathered from this article is that the majority of the people in the study found studying and class to be shit boring in comparison to playing games, I tend to agree.
Hang on, that actually sounds like every human being on the planet. Maybe everyone has ADHD then? I say, stop blaming games and start blaming the boring things in life for being so... boring.
 
And games have been proven to actually increase our mental prowess, here, a study showed that RoN helped people to better certain areas of their brain, so that other study must just STFU. Study
