Shipping almost R200 @ zaps ?

Ok so the root of the problem:
That area code wasn't listed for one of our couriers, parcels with similar specifications going to that area code will now be charged at R49 via fastway couriers and not R149 via CIT.

Please in future give us a shout via email or drop us a line. We can't help or negate problems if we don't know there is a problem.

There are thousands of postal codes and they have to be entered manually so there will be mistakes from time to time, the only way we can fix them is with everyone's help.

I ordered my Logitech keyboard from Zaps this week as well and the fastway couriers was the cheapest. Still a bit steep though :O.

P - Most of those prices quoted are not actually an error - those are the prices that courier companies charge.
The only error I think was that Fastway who have just started delivering to the area in question wasnt showing.
