Starcraft 2

Yea but see a play Protoss and well, I haven't really seen him do bad against Protoss you know :). But I totally agree with you on the American thing... I agree Stephano is definitely one of the best Starcraft players out there, but I always enjoy having an underdog situation. It would be fun to see how older players get put under pressure by new guys and vice versa. Basically I don't want to know who is going to win before the game has even started you know...

What about the Grubby win on Monday? He's neither an underdog or new.
(I jumped out of my chair in cheer when he won)

ZvP is broken. Stephano just exposed it, Idra confirmed it.. and our VnR Protoss players also say that. There's no early or mid game, which makes the game very boring. 2 Base all in usually wins the match for P, anything else is usually crushed by the Z.. mindnumming.. :(

I agree I guess. I unfortunately don't have the time to watch all the Starcraft 2 and Dota 2 I would like, so a lot goes over my head without me noticing. I'm coming from the feeling that when I was watching competitions last year and Stephano played, the winner was basically already known to everyone and that borified me. I'm the kind of guy that when he gets time logs on and watches a bit, I don't delve into TL's forums and join discussions. This is merely a personal observation from my side :)

Dude, hop onto WCS and watch the Grubby win. It's epic, and the interview following

Blaming race for your performance is terrible. Protoss don't die to early game allin's cus mothership core, they can allin without consequence at times(recall). The only army composition they can't a move through is a swarmhost based one, which btw are almost impossible to use to defend effectively unless you have mass mass mass static, all you need to do is not engage the zerg army head on, like every other race has to do versus protoss with usual compositions... Watch some korean protoss such as Rain and you will see. Game is as balanced as it's been in a very long time

Oh ~ remember that recent buff to prism speed too, Blizzard aren't as retarded as people make them out to be in terms of balance, players are just bad.

lol. Dude, you should see the Blizzard Forums. Sounds like a bunch of kids who all just want their units to be Goku and everything else Justin Bieber. I enjoy the current balance... even getting used to crazy speed medivacs.

Besides. I have an idea to punish 2base all in. :D Need to test it later on

Thought I'd share this here... I was messing about with the 3D Models extracted from the game's data files, and tried to make chibi units. Kinda like emoticons. The zergling didn't work too well, so I tried with a Zealot.
