Well the thing is, our bodies are extremely addaptive to training, but at the same time the same can be said about resting. So even though u have been cycling for 2 years, if u have stopped and started again, the best u can do is follow the FITT principle, u can only increase ur activity lever with 20% per month, so if u started 3 weeks ago, jumping from 20km to 70km is gonna cause some adverse effects. Obv I am not a true gamer cuz I only play sc2, BUT I am a Personal trainer with 14 years exp, so right now we are stepping into the realm of my life lol.
But its really good that u have improved so well to this point, shows that u are really determined! GJ!
