StarCraft II most pirated game of the year

But legally I could, because it's not a licensed language. Legally it would just be a picture book with pictures of squigly lines.

Facepalm.

You wouldn't have to pay to use THE LANGUAGE. You'd have to pay royalties for using THE CONTENT.

Is that really so hard to understand? You're some special kind of thick.

Yes! There it is! Thats the problem! Content! "Content" doesn't rightfully (=/= legally) belong to anyone. It's not fair that it does, It has no substance, it has nothing to touch, nothing to smell, to taste. Therefore it's not fair get something with substance in return for that. The paper and ink it is printed with is work something, but not the "content".

Yes. As I've already said, the only people who say intellectual property is worthless are those same people who are utterly incapable of producing anything of intellectual worth. As you've so ably demonstrated.

Lol
I agree with you to an extent .....It seems that we are now a people that expects things for free ,I have to admit there are some aspects that are grey areas ,but the bottom line is that you are entitled to your work and since people are talking of content and how it is not tangible and worth anything I disagree ,

Do they think this knowledge on how to code and dev just fell from the sky nope it was paid for with money ,money spent to learn ergo anything I use that knowledge I have attained for is mine because I produced the content it belongs to me and if you take it then your stealing .
The rational being used is like walking into the supermarket ( very crude example but just to illustrate a point )and saying you want cornflakes and not the box and because your father has seen a farm you should get the cornflakes for free.

On the flip just because information should be free and shared doesn't mean it must .Devs do some stupid things like with AC2 but we forgive them because we appreciate the time they put into things .
But I wont pay for crap ,and none of this ill test the game and then buy it , if you must download the demo.

People need to learn that ,in this day and age you cant expect anything for free ,or steal and complain when your stuff is stolen.

Come on grow up guys ,the fact that you play a Pirate game means that
1. You like playing games
2. You enjoy playing that game
3. You acknowledge the dev has put time and effort into it

Cause unlike in OZ games don't grow on trees or fall from the sky's ( although that would be cool ....Im just going to the garden to get a copy of black ops)

And if your complaining about prices you can Download from steam and other legitimate sites for a fraction of the cost ,so you have no excuse.
