Hi guys

My second poll for today (holiday is a bit long now, even if I say so myself :D)

What do you prefer? Games set back in the olden times (swords and shield) or a more modern approach ( Guns, lasers, spaceships)

For me, it's hands down olden style. I always found modern battle grounds too flashy and messy, and space seems so souless to me, whereas swords, shields, catapults and watch towers seem to do it for me.

Which do you prefer?

Whew that's a difficult one!

I like both. For instance if I have to compare Dragon Age and Mass Effect, well I love both settings. If I do have to pick one then I guess I prefer games set in fantasy settings with swords and shields and magic.
 
Shields? What pansy thing is this you talking about? My two handed sword is defense and offense all in one. I've got no time for blocking... (just ask my Elder Scrolls fellow..) ...lots of head and limbs that need detaching. :cool:

The future is where it's at for me. The fact that there is so much unknown about our Universe means that anything set in the future can include literally any elements and still be a plausible venture...But if I'm honest the main reason is because I love seeing what shiny new tech kats conceive
