Right so I order from them cancel the order but they still take payment , not cool folks I used to support take2 A lot but this shit will not fly

You cancelled after you have ordered? all online retailers always debit you with the order's amount after you have ordered afaik.

So this is then what happened:

-you ordered
-payment failed notice
-you opted cancel
-you still got billed

I can understand why you would be angry. Maybe TA got a false negative for the bank somehow after it went through or someone at their side screwed up. Ask for a refund if they don't then go for credit reversal/dispute with your bank.

Still worse than that is being billed, told no stock and you have to pay fee to get your money back. That was digital sa online, avoid at all costs.
 
Seems to be a mistake on their part, but I'm sure you'll get refunded with very little hassle.

Dunno, doesn't seem like such a big deal to me.

Everybody makes mistakes, its the way they handle the mistake that's important :)
 
Don't see what the problem is unless they don't refund you for it. Everybody makes mistakes.
 
Got my refund :) nicole also apologized for the issue they are having some issues since the name change, big ups to them :D
 
I ordered a nice gift for a friend through the new website and as usual had no problem. The product came when it was supposed to and as usual they sent me a nice thank you note. I'm really happy with them, they do go that extra mile.
