I'm going to send you 3 gifts to get you to 40 wellness, after which you can fight in a battle and heal to increase your wellness. You can fight in the battle http://www.erepublik.com/en/wars/show/564 which Brazil is involved in.

1. wait for the gifts
2. fight once in any battle that you're able to (drop you down to 30 wellness)
3. heal at the hospital (heal up to 80 wellness)
4. the next day, fight 3 times (drop you down to 50 wellness)
5. heal at the hospital (heal up to 100 wellness)
6. you'll now be at 100 wellness and unless you do something silly, you'll remain between 90 to 100 wellness when fighting every day and healing afterwards.
 
There seems to be a bug now where it shows that there are active battles, but when you click to fight in them, it says there aren't any. This is a old bug and it probably cropped up with the new updates they've done today; new graphics on some pages.

I think it's pretty impossible for there not to be any fights anywhere in the world at a time like this.
 
thanks zamrg i just got ur gifts now :D yeh i also noticed that bug im just gonna keep refreshing and going in there with guns blazing lol.... :p
 
On my home screen I selected the international tab, then I clicked on more events and I scolled down to Russia attacked Conneticut 18hours ago and click on that.

I go the option to goto the battlefield to fight
