Same here. Didn't love this week's chapter but it was Ok. I'm dying to see some ichigo/zaraki action although I know it won't be any time soon. I wish chapters were 50 pages :D

All are amazing in their own way. Massive Fanboy for all of them.
I used to be really into anime but I haven't paid much attention to the newest stuff.

I know Sword Art Online and the Attack of the Giants ones were really big. Most recent I watched was Jormungand and adored that. Most of it playing out in South Africa after all :p I would definitely recommend it if you're into anything military related

AO is cool at first but you'll see what happens. Shingeki no Kyojin is hype right now but i'm lazy to download it :p
 
Been watching Shingeki no Kyojin for a while now, I must say its the best anime this year if you ask me. I'm going to watch Blood Lad (so sad its only 10 episodes long). I started reading the manga for Shingeki no Kyojin...loving it! Read yesterday's Naruto manga, it was very informative.....was never expecting that. I'm trying to finish downloading Black Lagoon and Ergo Proxy.....I finished watching Mirai Nikki, I loved it, very interesting!! :D

Still haven't gotten to watching Bleach yet :(

I'm keen for today's episode of Naruto :)
 
yea man NAruto manga so awsome atm. SnK awsome anime must agree with you that its the one of the best anime this year.

The bastards shortened Blood Lad - at the end of the 10th episode it hasn't reached its conclusion yet. So we'll probably have to wait either for the BD/DVD releases, or they're going to do the same thing they did with Girls Und Panzer.

Black Lagoon's awesome

I loved everything except the English (and Russian [and I cant speak a word of Russian]) which was horrible (even for an anime). The OVA was also a bit disappointing.

Otherwise a thoroughly badass anime (Hansel and Gretel arc :wtf:)

I don't know why they shortened the Anime, I was enjoying Blood Lad, it wasn't bad. Was the show performing poorly compared to other anime's or something?

Haha, I have watched the first 4 episodes of Black Lagoon so far, I must say i'm loving it. Hahaha that gif you put there, that was my favourite scene, when this dude came up with that amazing plan and he said "You been fucked!!!".

The episodes i'm downloading are like 800MB each :( they dual audio (english + japanese)....The english doesn't sound as bad as Naruto in english dub in my opinion :D

Well I just watched today's episode of Naruto Shippuuden, I was a bit disappointed, it felt the episode was moving really slow. I didn't like the beggining when they put that little song and straight after that the opening song (3 Minutes of an episode wasted :( ). I want more action next week!!

EDIT: Also started reading the Shingeki no Kyojin manga now, holy crap its amazing! I wonder if Exclusive Books sells Shingeki no Kyojin Manga?

Well I watched subbed episodes so everything was Japanese, however Revy's supposed to be American so occasionally she speaks English and it just sounds SO BAD. Balalaika's Russian so occasionally you hear her speaking and it's more of the same... even though I can't speak Russian :p

That's why I can't watch Naruto weekly, I just sit and think how much time they're wasting or if something awesome is happening I think of the episode nearly being over.

They drag the action out so, they don't catch up to the manga, it's very easy to use 5+ chapters in one episode of Anime, so it is very important to pace everything.

If you are watch black lagoon for the action, you're probably not going to enjoy it as much if you are watching for the actual story and characters.

The VO's for Black Lagoon where all Japanese, and Revy was a chinese American although I doubt they were going to voice authenticity with in the show.
OVA was well done, I think people disliked it because of the slower pace than the series. It also had a lot more dialogue than most of the episodes within the series.

Just found out Gundam Unicorn OVA 7 is only due in Spring 2014. FML. R2 Blu Ray release in 2015 :/ Well at least it's the final part of the series.

The explanation doesn't stop it from sounding bad. Revy uses a lot of "cool" phrases like 'Let's roll' or '**ck you' and it sounds extremely out of place and actually took away from her "coolness" (well for me at least)

I disliked the end, but i didn't like the end of the original series either. I'll spoil if I discuss it though

I can understand that, but we also need to understand it was meant for a Japanese audience, hence her broken english (to us sounds of place) yet to them, it sounds very convincing. Also it would sound a bit out of place for her to throw out perfect english phrases.
