The Official "MyGaming" Anime Thread

I haven't been excited about Shippuden for months, especially after I got impatient and read the last few chapters of the manga.

I saw some raw scans of the Boruto manga. Gotta say, He looks like a bad ass. From the looks of it Konoha has once again been destroyed and Naruto is missing/dead, or so I've read.

Boruto's Konoha head guard was scratched through like Itachi's. So I'm wondering why the son of the Hokage would 'betray' his homeland.

That bit wasn't in the movie, but the bit after that is pretty much a recap of the movie. I guess it was their way of pulling readers in and saying some ish is about to go down. I wonder if it'll be any good though, who would be a powerful enough enemy to kill a hokage? I guess we just have to wait and read.

Boruto looked a few years older, he was using a sword and had some sort of tattoo on his arm.

The visuals seem to mirror that of the manga, along with the rough shading lines which is good. Other than that the internet is awash with negativity of the visuals, as if they had the funding and capacity to create something better. It definitely seems like it starts where the golden age arc ends and in the first chapter of the manga.
