Well as I said its okay. I didnt find myself wanting to watch the next episode as soon as possible.

Galactic Third Reich try to take over space colonys and one breaks away becomes independant with the help of Valverave.

Wait that sounded like a Gundam plot synopsis

Watched the first ep of Golden Time last night. Looks interesting so far. It's your basic lonely guy love anime. Hope it doesn't turn out like School Rumble (It delivers on the comedy side of things but really no character development whatsoever).

Also Blood The First Strike also looks like it might get interesting.

It becomes a bit more than a love triangle down the line - sadly the anime is focused on fan-service only and really doesn't do justice to the manga. The first season was average, the second was terrible.

As for Golden Time, I don't think you have to worry too much. It's a romantic comedy, vs School Rumble which was just a slice-of-life school comedy -School Rumble focused more on the antics of the students and made a joke out of the various romances - Golden Time seems like it's going to focus on the romance. Also, same studio who did Toradora.

Ok guys i have tried to watch anime before and most fall very short for me i want to give it one more try

I loved DBZ(i know lots of people dont count that as anime )
and helsing was pretty cool but when i tried things like bleach or naruto i just couldnt get into it any suggestions for a good anime to start off with ?

i had to dig deep to watch anime at 1st but now i dont know what to watch when :D

It's difficult because it very much a "taste" thing. Just curious how many episodes of bleach did you watch...?

Most noobs :p enjoy the likes of Full metal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Death Note. Also if you like the more "visual" animes then Elfen Lied and Ergo Proxy are also pretty solid in my book.:D

It's as ZenbaaS said, it's all a matter of taste. I had to watch a few shows to find something that I liked. I still love my shonen stuff (For the younger generation) but not as much as I used to.

I can list a few recommendations for you.

Psychological/Drama: Monster, Shiki, Eden of the east, K, The tatami galaxy (thats more of a space opera), Macross, PSYCHO PASS, Steins;Gate.

Action/Adventure: Fullmetal Alchemist, Gundam, TTGL, One piece, Naruto, Bleach, Hunter X Hunter, Yu Yu Hakusho, Magi, Katanagatari(More of a Drama/Action a lot of dialogue but an excellent show), Fate/Zero, Fate Stay/Night.

Sports: One Outs, Eyeshield 21, Haji no Ippo, Buzzer Beater, Air Gear.

I really enjoyed summer wars and redline. As long as no one recommends 5cm per second then I won't throw my toys! :D The girl who leapt through time is also really good.
