Wenz have you though about going trough a agency to get work they seem to take the more exp workers my dad has 14 years exp and nobody wanted him since he is over qaulitfy and since he has gone trough the agency they have had loads of offers for him. "I know they take a bit of your salary type thing" but maybe you get a new job faster.

i am going through an agency. and any agency that takes part of your salary to find your work is just wrong. the proper agencies get the company who employs you to pay the agency fee which would normally be 10% of your annual income.

Actually nobody can really take issue with it, its not offensive in any way and its not like I just asked and got it. If they keep the requirement 30K posts then the next person likely to get one is Syco. Though it could just be a temporary thing.
