I find the downloads from Cydia the fastest, but yeah the new 5.1.1 has some nice improvements. You JB to 5.1.1?

No not yet, I may have to ask for some advice before doing so though. :p

Oh and another thing I couldn't live without, with my phone being jailbroken is that I finally get CUSTOM FSCKING RINGTONES!!!! :p

lol, you using an app for custom tones? O wait, you can just DL them off Cydia and set them hey?

I have the 5.1.1 ISPW and Absinth if you want to come over and I can help you.

I have custom tones for all notifications on my phone and its not jail broken. O.o

And tweaks?? You can't essentially do that without Jailbreaking your device, Eg: Fakeclockup isn't available on the Appstore, neither is SBsettings, etc...

No that you can do through free software offered on appstore and then you use iTunes to import it to your phone as a ringtone.

I only learned about all of that long after I jailbroke my phone, I'm not complaining though :D

What Mikey said. or you could just use itunes to convert a mp3 to a ringtone and then import it into your phone. No app required. I've got Throught the fire and the flame as a ringtone. the 3 tones from Close Encounters as txt alert. An audio clip from Allo Allo where Rene goes "you stupid women" as a text alter for when the Mrs txts me. Have 5 different alarm tones. So yeah.

None of my iOS devices are jailbroken and I have no intention of jailbreaking them.

No one is holding a gun against your head and telling you to do so, we are just pointing out the better capabilities of a jailbroken device compared to a non jailbroken device.

Ringtone Designer and Ringtone Maker are free apps. :) or atleast I think they still are. They are featured on AppsGoneFree, which releases the daily apps that become free for a limited period to download. :)

Didn't say a word, just said my device isn't broken. If I wanted to berate you for Jailbreaking I have some colourful langues and arguments but I dont care that your devices is Jailbroken, like I told Spooner, mine isn't and I've never seen anypoint to do it.
