What do you guyz think?

The front of #2 looks a little worse for wear. The grass I mean.

But then inside looks better.

The are really close together in actual fact.

I also like the second one more, did you check the links out?

I looked at the floor plan. I always like it when people include pictures and floor plans.

I just bought a flat, the amount of bs you see (someone is selling a 'top quality house' but then take a picture of the lapa) So I appreciate it when those extra are included. It makes me feel they are hiding less.

@Ly, the links say Rent...

Yeah I checked the links. The second one looks a lot more homey. I can't think of the word, but it looks a lot nicer.

'Spacious' comes to mind and it seems to have a decent kitchen. However, this is based entirely on the LACK of information about the first place.

Omega - The house in Tudor drive is the better one of the two, slightly bigger yard, 3rd bedroom will make a lovely office. Plus the space on the bottom level is really nice. Besides that the 2 bigger bedrooms seems like its gonna be big enough for main bedroom and either spare room or kids bedroom once you decide to start the family. And the rent is very good. I know friends of mine that stays in a slightly smaller place for about 2500 per month and that is in Leatherhead. So if you can go for it!

The only drawback from what I can see on the second place is no driveway - so street parking only.

@ Ly: Immigrating to the UK in July

@Tooken: I agree I prefer #2 for the simple fact that more information is available. No 1's garden does look a tad bigger but since I hate gardening this is of little interest to me.

@ Wyvern: I use to live just down the road from these 2 properties, in Park Road. Kingston might not be as posh as some other areas but I use to love living there.
