So guess what the Cellc Support desk told me last night after my umpteenth query on my speedstick with connections issues...
turns out i am no longer in a 3G tower area and thats why im struggling to connect with it. so this techie has the nerve to tell me i need to go buy an external antenna to pick up the signal as they are not sure when i will have a 3G tower in my area again... flipping scaly ppl.
when i bought the speedstick i had perfect coverage... now all of a suddden i dont.... im so fed up with the cellc Speedstick

Jip very happy, and the agent also told me that i should try and return it to the store that a bought it at.... i bought it at GAME do you really think they will refund me??? Hell no.
im going the Consumer Protection route now...
