Thanks Im trying not to over do it at the gym :P But I do wanna get rid of the last kilos :P But now I have no choice have to take it easy :S

Yeh but regardless, you shouldn't over strain yourself at the gym, I've hurt myself sooooo many times (pulled tendants, torn legaments, etc...), now that im fighting again I have to follow a routine based on my weight category as well. But my suggestion is this to you, go for the speed circuits if your gym has one because those work everything and after 45min-1hr you will feel it :)
 
Syco we only do 30mins a night every second night - its the curves gym - works on cardio and the equipment is all hydrolics so its better for me actually. What happened was a few new exercises was added on the cardio boards that I didnt know I shouldnt do and yea its what hurt my back. But apparently if it wasnt for the gym, I would not have found out my bones are also degrading - so lots of calcium for me from now on to help it.

Oh and baaaaaaaaaaaaaai

Im going home and put myself in a kind of traction to help the pain.

Ah ok yeh the curves people have a great system going there for the ledies... But ja just take it easy on your back and if you can just google ways to work your back, back into routine so that atleast you will be strong when you get back to the gym and you wont wake up the next day aching from head to toe :p
