Syco we only do 30mins a night every second night - its the curves gym - works on cardio and the equipment is all hydrolics so its better for me actually. What happened was a few new exercises was added on the cardio boards that I didnt know I shouldnt do and yea its what hurt my back. But apparently if it wasnt for the gym, I would not have found out my bones are also degrading - so lots of calcium for me from now on to help it.
Oh and baaaaaaaaaaaaaai
Im going home and put myself in a kind of traction to help the pain.
