Uh oh... yeah... I'm making good use of Ancient Titles... perhaps I'll be able to play the latest when it's abandonware and the the baby finishes university.
 
I have never played Witcher at all, and, well, actually I have never heard of Witcher before. So this would be a great opportunity for me to find out what it is all about. And just think of the mob of angry Witcher fans should I, the non-Witcher, win it ...
 
Well what's to say? Its The Witcher 2 FFS! Who wouldn't want to win this game. The first one was fantastic and from the looks of things The Witcher 2 is shaping up to be one of those sequels which rivals and maybe even surpasses the original game.
 
Oh and then there's the bragging rights. To be able to say, "Yeah I got The Witcher 2"...."Oh its just the Collector's Edition"...."No actually I won it!"

Geralt is the man who all men wanna be. Such prowess with woman and with the blade. Be-Heading monsters and Bedding the ladies all the way through life without consiquince We all enjoy being that guy and who wouldnt want to take of control of all that a 2nd time round.
 
well i've never played this type of games on console as it just didn't look like it would be enjoyable but if i can win a copy then i would be able to get into it as with the costs of games these days i have to limit myself to what i can get hence it would be a welcome addition as i used to be a major rpg fan on pc so help a brother out :-)
 
I've heard good things about this game and would like to try it myself to see if the rumours are true :)
 
I want collectors edition because my unisa exams finish on the 30th and i need something to play.I just joined the forums for this probably won't use it after this, plus it's on my list of RPG's to play (witcher, witcher 2, risen, gothic 1&2, Finish New vegas,Divinity II) and i don't have cash to go buy it
 
A collectors Edition of a great Game. What more is there to say. Honestly Would really love to have the game especially since its a Collectors Edition. Never Actually owned a Collectors Edition. Never had the heart to spend the Extra for the Collectors Edition. And i would like to win because this would be the 1st game i would have won. EVER. So hoping, i get picked.
 
Its a collectors edition, why would anyone not want it....especially if its free :D

Also I have a bad habit of buying CE's and it would be nice to save a big of cash for once and win it :P
 
I broke up with my girlfriend a week prior to the release of the last Witcher game. She has been cheating on me with one of my (now ex) friends. I know that a psychologist would probably tell me its a bad idea, but I really threw myself into the game and the character of Gerhalt. I honestly haven't had such a deep gaming experience in my whole life. I bought the original game on Steam and so I don't have anything physical to remember my time as Gerhalt by. I really hope to recieve this Collector's Edition so that I can always remember my life as Gerhalt, and of course enjoy the adventures that are to follow. In summary: Gerhalt isn't just a character in video games, he is my other self.
 
Why i should win

It would be impossible to sum up in one paragraph why i loved the first game. I have had the Witcher 2 assassins of the kings on my games to buy ASAP list for a long long time now. I was nearly in tears when i saw the collectors editions price because i want it soo bad. I think i should win simply becuase i am a devoted fan and this would truely make my year.

First game wasn't anything mind blowing but from those screenshots and the seconds premise it does seem pretty good. And hell who wouldn't love an awesome collector's edition (ala starcraft 2)

Finishing with exams the Wednesday, so it would be awesome to sink my teeth into it :)
 
I would love to win this prize as I loved playing the original on a friends' pc. Because at the time I couldn't afford the game. Nothing much has changed since I still can't afford many games and buying a collectors edition would be out of my financial means.
 
Why i would like to win

Well i am a huge fan of the witcher series and have been waiting for this release since i finished the first one last year. I am going through a rough patch right now and wont be able to buy this game for quite a long time so it would really be awesome if i could actually get this game + i love collectibles.:D
