So I bought a Logitech MX5500 set overseas a few years back. The mouse started being faulty in March 2011 (warranty expires June 2011) and I went ahead and logged a fault on the international logitech tech support website. It was still usable though so I didn't pursue the warranty because I thought with the international stock status.. it'd be complicated.
The mouse finally pegged once and for all 19 Aug 2011 (RIP you amazing mouse you!). Once again I logged a fault with Logitech to get a replacement. They were extremely helpful and not at all bitter about it. The product was 2 months over the warranty and they still willingly offered to replace it due to me having logged a fault earlier this year.
Today, 22 Aug 2011, I sit with my replacement unit. Shipped from the Netherlands. On a Friday afternoon. Over the weekend. Not sure what else to say. Wtf. Omg. Rofl. lolz. roflcopter.
Much love Logitech - I'd marry you if you were Jessica Alba.
