Thats a pity hey. I think this is one of those turning points in my life which reinforces my decision to move overseas ASAP.

I would have trained them to a point and then said i wont go further they have to get the qualifications on their own from there.... ive done it before when I worked at VOX Telecom and they understood.... sure enough the guys worked their way up the chain like the rest of us.... i dont believe in everyone being an equal unless u work hard and long for the position u deserve....

The good thing about working at my company is the majority of people here are Portugese, Italian and Afrikaans so they dont see BEE they look at people for their skills and experience etc....

Welcome to the 3rd world bother.

Which is why i didn't even bother with uni. There is no point. In a year or so me and Red will imagrate to the UK. There just isn't any hope left here.
