Our company has contacts with Telkom with regards to faults on the network, we usually wait 2-3 days for fault resolution. This was bliksems fast though!

When I requested my new line the sms read that it will be a whole day appointment, so I thought they will only show late afternoon or something. But then he rocked up at 9 am and apologised because he had to be there at 7:30 am..... :eek:
