It depends which letters you want... Ãª - alt + 136 Ã« - alt + 137 Ã¨ - alt + 138 Ã¯ - alt + 139

or capital letters Ã‰ - alt + 0201 ÃŠ - alt + 0202 Ã‹ - alt + 0203

Even easier, you can do EG Ctrl+Shift+^, then e, or Ctrl+', then e for the one with the apostrophe on top. It's not seeming to work on the reply box, but I found a quick reference. Works in normal text editors.
