man i have been at work for 12 hours already...

I've been at work for 15 years (got the certificate to prove it) and I tell you, enough is enough. I'm retiring in the morning.


OK I'll probably keep it up for another 20 to 25 years, but then I'm outta here.

Dude I way 95kgs and I do 10 of each so in total about 50

pffft I can do 30 close together wide spread I can do 6 in a row. Did 3 sets I think its good for someone who has never trained in his life :p

I am getting there you have to start somewhere.

I can do more when I do them fast but in the royal marines you go on a buzzer which is much harder. But you are fitter than me lol.

MY upper body is weak but I can run miles without stopping and fast. But my upper body is improving.

The main thing is the running. from what an ex royal marine told me.

Thats the thing I can't run at all I played rugby and could run forever went to mma and couldn't spar for 5 minutes after a few months could spar for ab hour but couldn't run 1 lap around a field crazy how different training builds differently
