So the wife's car went in for a service and some other repairs, and we got the car back in a worse condition than it was when it went in
samethign happened to my ar a while back needed toreplace the clutch when i got it back car was overheating lights werent working etc

yes and its my job to force mercedes to fix the car or face legal action...But aren't you in the legal industry?
we did some research and the issue with my clients car seems to be a build fault on all SLK's... we told them to replace my clients car with another car of the same price range or fix it properly. while they were "fixing" the window leak they actually bumped her car and blamed the client saying she probably drove over a pavement... but little did they know my client took pictures of her car before she took it to them... they are now scrambling a bit
