LOL Ike, that is horrible! At least all I did was work on my mosaic pot. I relly need to start thinking of a name so that I can start selling these bloody pots and pot stands!

Right.... I've had my KFC Boxmaster for breakfast and ready to start my day.
 
Bastard, I "cheated" this week and fortunately my weight stayed the same. I just envy you being able to eat KFC and stay about the same. I just smell KFC and I gain weight.

Yeah, it's a curse really.

I'm so sick of hearing all these people complain about trying to loose weight, it's just as hard to gain it.
Try finding full cream yogurt in the shops! I only eat/drink full cream where I can, and I don't believe in feeding kids low fat and fat free products.

urgh, yes I simply cannot find full cream yogurt, the only place that even sells something remotely full cream is Woolworths with their Double cream yogurt and it only comes in once flavour...plain.
