Spoke to a buddy that is Valve obsessed, he indicated the he doesn't trust info posted by that site anymore. They have posted incorrect info, or just manipulated old information in such a way as to look like new information on more than one occasion.

But yeah, I'll believe it when Gabe announces Half Life 3.

hahaha I know that feeling where I worked they still had papers from 1970's and it took up so much space and I asked around and nobody knew about it. So we removed that and we had some space.
