Haha yeah I like to stretch and gag thoroughly before I start teaching. Clears the throat and gets me limber.
I find it so cool how the body's mechanism for dealing with this is for you to collapse on the floor so that the blood can pool to your head again.

Solank my PC net werk gee ek nie om wanneer die bier gedoen word nie. Ek het die RAM reset en nou gaan die CPU fan darem aan. ALLES het krag en alles hardloop, maar daar is geen biep of lewe nie.
