yesterday was like run 100m
15 squad thrusts
run 100m
15 lunges (both legs count as one)
run 100m
15 jumping jacks
run 100m
do the above twice
then 5min water break
run for 200m
then 15 pushups
15 lunges(both legs count as one)
15 diamond pushups
15 squads
run 100m
then
15 sit ups
15 lunges
15 leg raises
15 burpees
run 100m
do this twice
every thing feels like jelly today
